About Us
Our Story
At Jim's Smokehouse and BBQ, we believe that great barbeque can bring people together and create unforgettable memories. Our founder, "Smokehouse Jim" Kirksey, has a love for barbeque like no other. Along with his sons, Sean and Brent, and his dearly departed wife, Kathleen, Jim and his family have served the greater DFW area award winning barbeque since opening his food truck in 2007. We are excited to start a new chapter with the opening of Jim's Smokehouse and BBQ, a full-size restaurant located in beautiful Graham, TX.
Our Menu
We offer a wide variety of barbeque dishes, from classic pulled pork and brisket to flavorful sides like mac and cheese, coleslaw, and our famous borracho beans.
